"Great place to stay"

"Our room wasn't ready at check-in. It was a Sunday and they had just finished a busy weekend. We went to the small restaurant to eat some dinner while we were waiting. It took longer than usual and we went to check after about an hour to see if they were still in the process of getting our room. The manager was extremely apologetic and was working on getting the room cleaned and ready. He comped our dinner for the inconvenience, It wasn't something we asked for - but it was a nice gesture. Our room was ready after we finished with dinner."

"Perfect location. Just a few steps away from the falls. We came hours before check in, but the front desk was very nice to hold our luggage in their storage room while we roam around the park. Check in was smooth and they were able to have my family in adjacent rooms. There are a few wear and tears in the bathroom area, but it was a great room overall. The hotel had outdoor parking for $10/day. There was a good selection of food trucks just in front of the hotel if you're looking for cheap eats. They have hot buffet style breakfast. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel."
