"The staff were excellent we booked in early as we were off to a wedding parked the and ledt our luggage at reception and when returned much later they had kindly taken out luggage to our room. Everything about our stay waz excellent comfortable bed clean room great bathroom and shower, also a really tasty breakfast for much the same price as a very ordinary premier inn. So all things considered a very pleasant experience would most definitely use this hotel and other's in there group again and again."

"What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Mina, Brooke, Emma, Andrea are just some of the names. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from a very worrying and stressful time. We are truly grateful."
