"We stayed here for a weekend, to attend a wedding nearby - two adults and two children (aged 5 & 9). The configuration of the apartment was perfect: there are two double beds on the top floor, all kind of in the same room but separated by a wall (it makes sense once you see it), which was perfect for us. "We arrived at the property.. it was so easy to find with the sat nav app... If I had to give any negative feedback. It would be for such simple little things .. such as some slippers . Bath robes. Shower gel.and tv in the bedroom would of made it complete.. b"

"A fantastic country escape, I had a great stay. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped, and so peaceful. Was cozy even in freezing temperatures. I would definitely return and recommend."

"The Annex was lovely and clean with everything that was needed in the kitchen. We were close to shops and the beach, with the option to travel in to near by towns which weren’t too far away. Great location for our dog too as she had the freedom of the garden. Lovely place to stay and would stay here again 😊"

"Cedar Lodge was exactly what we were looking for and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation was clean, cosy and very well equipped and the hosts Caroline and Neil were very welcoming. The comments in the visitors book showed that many people have visited here several times and feel it’s the best holiday home they have stayed in. The location is very quiet and the view from the deck is beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are visiting the area."

"If you want to get away from it all & enjoy the peace of the Sussex countryside the Cart Lodge is perfect. Great little cottage, which is well equipped & in a good location to explore East Sussex.
