"The room was beautifully clean and decorated well and had an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Very happy with the room and amenities. Unfortunately the owner had forgotten we were coming even though I had phoned her the night before. We arrived and spent 15 minutes in the dark and cold (3C) knocking on the door . No answer. "Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state.
