"L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent. L’hôtel est magnifique très propre et avec beaucoup de commodités. La terrasse sur le toit est fabuleuse et le restaurant est vraiment excellent. Le personnel est très courtois et toujours prêt à nous aider. Il y a des bicyclettes sur place disponibles la piscine, le sauna et le spa vraiment c’était un séjour super agréable."

"Basic but functional airport hotel. The room was clean, the shower was good, and it worked well for a short stay before a flight. We walked into central Pisa for dinner which took about 30 minutes. There’s a large supermarket nearby, but not much else in the immediate area. One thing to be aware of is that you can’t really walk to the airport, and although the taxi journey was very short, it still cost €23 which was quite surprising. It would have been much better if the hotel offered its own shuttle service. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice, although the croissants were stale. Also worth knowing that you need to ask for extra pillows and request for the air conditioning to be turned on."

"Everything was solid besides the staff.. booked for 10 nights and would walk into the hotel with staff chasing me down to the communal bathroom to ask what I was doing here… they all knew me and knew exactly what I was doing there. Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"

"⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, this hotel was not as advertised. The main reason I booked this room was because the listing clearly stated that air conditioning was included. However, upon arrival, I was informed by reception that there was no AC available at all. The room became extremely hot overnight and the only option was to leave the door open, which resulted in mosquitoes and insects flying into the room and biting us throughout the night. There were also several other issues during the stay: • The TV did not work, even after reception attempted to fix it. • A metal shower bracket/shelf detached and fell unexpectedly, nearly hitting my sister’s foot. • There appeared to be no shower gel provided. • There was only one accessible socket near the entrance of the room, which was incredibly inconvenient. The most disappointing part was that when these issues were raised, there was no meaningful resolution offered during the stay. We were told there were no other rooms available and ultimately had to remain in a room that did not match the amenities advertised online. The reception staff were polite, but the property itself needs significant improvements and the listing should accurately reflect what is actually provided. If you are specifically booking for air conditioning, I would strongly recommend confirming directly with the hotel before staying."
