Agibilità: l'accesso è un po' sconnesso, consigliato a chi ha buone gambe. Casa: è arredata con stile e accuratezza. Non si è lesinato sull'impiantistica che è all'avanguardia. Pompe di calore ok. "Sehr schön eingerichtetes Rustico, nördlich von Pisa und Lucca. Anfahrt ca. 11km den Berg hoch etwas abenteuerlich. Und auf Mücken sollte man vorbereitet sein. Ansonsten perfekt für die persönliche Auszeit mit kleinem Budget, aber auch für die Teenie-Gruppenfahrt. Man stört keinen und hat selbst seine Ruhe. Mega Aussicht auf die Bucht von Livorno/Viareggio. Super Wandermöglichkeiten. Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Mauro."

"Very nice house! Beautiful big garden, completely private. The house is big with a bit of a strange layout (like two kitchens) but also two bathrooms. The owners welcomed us very friendly. It was just a bit difficult to communicate: unfortunately we don't speak Italian.
