I would prefer to stay at an old hotel more than a best western. This is a very small town and there's lots of vacant buildings, the hotel looks a little rough on the outside but the rooms are beautifully maintained there's a shady spot with AstroTurf for dogs that's fenced in and they were very nice with the staff and it was very quiet the night that we stayed. For the price this was an excellent deal.

The room does not resemble the picture at all. Very old motel that has been fixed up though the repairs were amateurish. The room was clean, but the shower was so poorly build that there was a flood of water on the floor when I finished showering. Bed was comfortable.

The rooms have been renovated and updated. They are trying. Immediately upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell. The sound between rooms is easy to hear, we heard people walking in the room above us at 5am. The pillow was very poofy causing neck pain. As I laid awake with my aching neck listening to the people above me, I was ready to rate the hotel a 6, but after the “continental” breakfast, they dropped to a 4. The “ breakfast” was a joke. I wouldn’t stay here again.
