"The facility and room was clean and nice. We’ve stayed here a few times before, but now they are charging for parking that we were not made aware of ahead of time. They also drafted our account three different times which put us the over limit for the day. Two of them did drop off, but it was a major inconvenience to have all those charges drafted at one time. We will probably not stay here again."

"All of the rooms had letters taped to them announcing the hotel had been sold although nothing was said to us at check-in. That should have been our warning. Once you entered the room one could easily see the hotel had not been maintained properly and/or up to standards. The furniture was old and very marred. The kitchen appliances were quite old and non-working. There were no utensils/plates, pots or pans. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The restrooms in the lobby were absolutely disgusting! The men's room was not even in working order. These restrooms remained in those conditions OUR ENTIRE STAY of three days. The breakfast was quite minimal as they offered only pre-packaged muffins or Nutra-grain bars. The pool area was laughable. There were only two chairs for use. The pool water level was quite low. The maintenance man was working on the pool our entire stay. Plus they were power-washing the parking lot adjacent to the pool blowing all of the dirt right into the pool area!!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! After this experience, I am not sure I will ever consider staying with another of your establishments!!"

"I booked hundreds of rooms in the past 5 years. This was in the worst 5 on my list. Broken lock on the door, room was open, and the tub was filthy! Disgusting and should not be listed on Hotels.com!"

The vibe is stylish and relaxing, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcome from check-in to check-out. Whether you’re visiting Jax or, like me, just need a break from your usual routine, this is a great choice. I’ll absolutely be back!"
