"Absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a no-frills but super clean kind of place, still a mom and pops place, then the Sea vista is the place for you. As I said low key. If you are wanting the fancy Adams mark or Holiday Inn keep driving. This place is super cute super clean run by super folks. It’s a shame begin history has push small businesses like this out. I’ll definitely be back"

"I booked this one as the special since a wall was not painted. It was taped up nicely and didn't both us at all. I haven't been in Topsail for many years and was nicely surprised not much has changed. Nice location at end of island, private, quiet, and beach was a lovely view. Room was as described. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Bed was easy to sleep on. The entire site was well maintained for the beach and manager was nice along with other vacationers. "Such a cute studio that has everything you need. Communication from the host was excellent. It’s a nice quiet part of the island and proximity to the beach was great! Loved that we could pack light and use beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware etc. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Loved the location and the access to the beach. The area was beautiful and while the motel is older, they’ve kept it very nice and clean. My daughter, our dogs and I stayed. You are on the very end of the island, which I loved but that does mean a lil drive to get something to eat. My only con is I wish they provided a few extra towels. They provide one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person. Had I known that I’d have brought some from home (you can ask for more for a fee)....
