"Excellent price and location. The only two hiccups- the guest sheet listed pool opening at 8:30 am and an employee started cleaning the pool at that time instead, which took an hour. The guest sheet also listed check out at 10 am vs. Expedia listing it at 11 am on the resevation. A definite discrepancy if attempting pool time that morning ahead of check out, which of course was impacted by the late cleaning. Overall will stay again, but hoping for more timely pool maintenance that aligns with...

"It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!"

I didn’t see it in the listing, but there is a drip coffee maker, which was very important for me. I always bring my own fan, but I certainly didn’t need to here, they have one if you need it. "The room and bath was clean and was well stocked with towels. The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room. We enjoyed our stay though and would like to book it on another trip to the area."

"If you are looking for a nice place to stay while in the Zion area, this is obviously an option. The hosts make sure you have all you need and provide a spacious, clean basement apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The extra sofa bed in the living space is very comfortable, so if you need it, you can count on it for a good night's rest! The complete kitchen has it all, even peanut butter in the cupboard! Great Wi-Fi and parking too. The only thing missing for a long stay is a laundry...
