"Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently.
We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service

"Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed to have a great, relaxing holiday. "All staff were pleasant, and to me this is very important, with lovely welcome vibes. The hotel front and parking facilities is great. The hotel front and lobby is very welcoming to guests. Our room was beautiful, large, clean, and the bathroom was very nice and newly refurbished it seemed. The view was amazing! The sliding blinds were a really good touch so we could have the doors open. The restaurant was lovely and the food was very good! Breakfast is continental as expected, minimal choice but enough. We checked out and I took some time in garden. Beautiful for celebration events too.
Before we left we ordered an espresso out front (an unexpected complimentary from the manager) Thank you and we will return on our next travels.😊"
"Property was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite nice with a large comfortable bed and good air conditioning and a little deck with chairs and a table just outside the door. Black out curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English well which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice with quite a few food options. The 2 pools (1 for children) looked large and very nice unfortunately the hours are from 9am to 7pm so missed this. Due to the heat, allowing it to be open later would have been nice but otherwise a great stay! "
