"The property was well equipped and spacious. Very convenient to have parking right on the building. The communication with the owner was not great, it took her several days to get back to us with some inquiries. We also had to wait for the check in although we send message when we were one hour away from property. Location is Ok, not the best. Luckily we like to walk."

Its confusing who you are supposed to communicate with (owner or manager) and when you talk to one they don't communicate with each other.
