Great breakfast with ample choice but food , cutlery etc kept running out , so we had to keep asking for basics ,cups, spoon, plate , eggs , croissants! The staff worked really hard but there clearly wasn't enough of them . The lifts were an example of when technology can be overcomplicated..many guests were also frustrated, once the lights went out when the lift doors were shut , that was a little disturbing. But generally a great hotel . "
