"This whole experience was amazing! I loved having a shuttle from airport to hotel and from hotel to Narita station and Aeos mall! Also Nita, who works at the front desk, is SPECTACULAR!! She did everything with a smile on her face and even let me borrow a charger when my phone was low on battery. THANK YOU so much!! "

"I wasn’t able to be given the room I booked but otherwise everything was perfect. The rooms might be a bit difficult for 2 people with luggage but for one person it’s big enough. The staff were friendly, the laundry was useful and the extra amenities (toiletries etc.) were appreciated. The location is close to a train station for easy access around Tokyo. "

"Beds were comfy and the pajamas were nice as well! One awesome thing was the Family Mart in the lobby! The shuttles to the train station, mall and airport was very helpful! "
