"Clean room and the manager was nice. The bunk bed setup was very convenient for a group of 5."

"Great ryokan, very comfortable. Very helpful staff, great breakfast. It was quite warm in the room even with the ac but we still enjoyed our stay."

"The whole experience started off well by the welcoming reception of the person staffing the desk. Every one of the different people were sincerely friendly and wanting to help. The private bath was great! I highly recommend Ryokan Kamogawa Asakusa."

"Great location, many restaurants and stores in the area, easy trains to downtown tokyo and surrounding areas. Great place to stay."

"The first thing you should know is that this is not a hotel. It's an apartment with two flats, one on the second floor and one on the third floor, above a storefront about half way between the Ueno and Asakusa stations. All of the communication with the owner was via the Expedia site - we never met anyone in person, but got check-in instructions via messages...

"Excellent place to stay. Clean and safe. "

"The name is exactly as it implies. It was a short but cozy stay. Would book again."
