"Very nice, quiet, and clean."

"Overall, it Was very comfortable stay in this hotel. I"

"The hotel is great and the rooms are clean. The staff was very friendly. The only issue I have is that they secure the coffee machine so it is not available to people who need it before 0600."

"Excellent top-notch service! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and always so helpful! Room and premises were very clean. My one suggestion is for the gym to have more accessible hours - open early in the morning and later in the evening. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kashiwa. It is also very close to the train station and markets - 5 minute walk, which makes it very convenient!"

"Excellent breakfast"

"Everything about this hotel was excellent. Nice spacious modern room, quiet, great staff, great amenities and close to everything. "

"The service, staff and accommodations were excellent."

"Grate location and friendly staff. The triple room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the large public bath was only available from 6:00 a.m., which seemed a bit late."

"Always nice to stay at the crest"
