"check in is a bit hassle when their system cannot find our reservation and it's already 1 am in the morning when arrived, but the staff are really helpful with the check-in and they're all polite, that helps us feel more at ease.
the hotel is near the 7/11. there is also a café underneath the hotel that you can order through uber eats for pick up if you do not want to fall in line and want to eat inside your room. there is also currency exchange inside and a vending machine too. it's also walkable to don quijote, ichiran ramen, sushi rrestaurant and subway stations!
I wasn't able to try to onsen (I think) on the 14th floor, but I heard that it's always busy. I also wasn't able to try the laundry area as I saw the review that they only have 2 washer and 2 dryer available for the whole hotel. I hope they can upgrade the laundry area as it's very convenient to have one inside the hotel room. they also have a luggage scale which is very helpful, put my mind at ease.
for the room, I already expected it to be small. I make sure next time to ask if they have a room that is bigger than we had because we can't even fit our four 23kg luggage and there is no storage area underneath the bed, though the room is clean and the housekeeping make sure we have fresh towels and bathrobes everyday.
also the airconditioner and heater are centralized so if you feel hot, just ask front desk for a fan like we did.
overall, I recommend this place. safe and clean."
