I stayed there for 2 nights to visit my friend and attend my school near the hotel. The hotel is located perfectly right next to the Tsukuba Express train station. Although I didn’t need to get a room before 15:00 check-in time, I wanted to make sure I could check in before midnight. The hotel staff was very kind to check in with me at 12 noon (without giving me a key) to guarantee my easy arrival. The hotel is very clean with a nice size public hot spring bath. There is a washer/dryer unit...

I checked out early. But did not get approved by management for a refund. Even Expedia tried many times. :(

The 3 night stay for 3 nights. Rooms are small but the brekfast very various and tasty. Ranger japanese style hovewer you can find sandwiches and scramvle eggs.

Very nice staff and accessible to quick trains and convenient stores

The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.

駅まで1分　買い物食事が便利

Bit far from other hotels within Tokyo, and it takes a transfer at Nishi-Nippori to access a lot of the JR lines, but it's an excellent hotel stay if you need a bit more quiet compared to other places. Lobby has a 24-hour self-check out convenience store, but there is also a 7/11 Next door if you need a better selection. Would definitely recommend staying while in Japan.

Everything you need in a great location. We visited several other areas and liked Asakusa the best.

The management understands the capsule-hotel experience and has designed the experience accordingly. All the features in the individual and shared/common spaces work as advertised, and when one of them (the coffee machine) broke, I could see they immediately had someone working to fix it.

Great Staff, location , cleaning and breakfast is also great

We loved the location the most. The lobby and staff and restaurant were excellent. Room is just a little outdated but very clean and in order. No complaints.

Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!

Property was very clean and in a good location Would definitely recommend staying here

Has a unique design, walkable distance from subway and SkyTree attraction.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I traveled with a family of four, and the quality and high tech feature of the room met all of our needs. There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store. We will be staying here again if going to...

I actually booked this hotel because of it being close to the SkyTree and across the street from the Subway/Train line. My daughters and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean and the room was pretty. I wish I was able to book a bigger room, but I assume those fill up fast. It was myself and my 17 and 8 year old. We were spending 15 days in Japan so we had a lot of luggage, too much. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. I got the breakfast package and we had...

This hotel is close by Senso-ji temple and various subway lines. The area around the hotel is usually quiet and they have a cafe with a store inside. Overall, not bad.
