"By the time you check out. You feel like you are saying goodbye to family. This hotel goes above and beyond for their guests. From Michelle, Lorenzo, Faith, etc. the whole team made out stay 5/5+. We cannot wait to go back!"

"The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with rooms VERY spacious. It is close to all landscapes and the breakfast is great. The staff deserves a separated comment, Elena and Giacomo are fantastic, they are very helpful and gave us recommendations on where to go outside of Sienna. They are lovely and nice. I highly recommend the hotel, we had a fantastic experience."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't realize our "triple" room had stairs up to the beds so we asked to move rooms which they could kindly do the next day. Still no view of the countryside but you can see that from the terrace. The one thing we missed was a coffee and tea making facilities in the bedroom. The breakfast was lovely but nothing hot - traditional continental."

"Great breakfast, stunning views of the Tuscan countryside and felt like walking into the past. Exactly as per the photos, a wonderful ambience, full of charm and character. Well located on the edge of the old town, less than 10 minutes walk to the centre. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and hope to come back myself."
