"Very disappointing stay, especially while traveling with special-needs children.
The hotel name, address, and photos on Expedia did not match the actual property. We spent time driving around at 1:30 AM trying to find it because the booking name was different from the hotel name on-site.
After checking in, we found the bathroom sink was clogged. I sent photos to management, but instead of fixing it, they asked me to troubleshoot it myself and clean the deris and clogged hair. The next morning, we also experienced problems with the shower, hot water, and toilet.
The property is managed by a third party that was slow to respond and did not address our concerns. When I requested a refund, they kept delaying the process. I also asked for their refund policy and was told it was "internal" and could not be shared, which was very frustrating.
I booked through Expedia expecting the property advertised, but the experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this property, especially for families with children or special needs.
