Was not expecting a whole 1 bed apartment. Nice surprise. Also had 2 beds instead of 1 which was great too. Staff was kind and friendly and was always available if needed.

The room was honestly much nicer than expected based on the reviews and in a truly fantastic location. However, we were charged an extra 200CAD on arrival as a deposit and told it would be returned to us upon checkout. We were told to email them to confirm bank details to transfer the deposit back to, but there is no email address available online.

Room was not clean. Fridge was quite dirty and didn't work well. Location is the best thing about this place. Was surprised by the $200 deposit. There was nothing in my reservation about this. The Inn claimed there was, I went back and reviewed and saw nothing about this required deposit. The photo is of a building around the corner.

Very unlikely area and hard to find entrance but once inside it is good. Only 3 parking spots that need to be pre reserved which I did not do. Staff assisted me to get a parking permit from city on their computer and print it out. Took 5 mins. $24 paid to city. Found a spot very close. Room was good. Clean. No bed bugs(I always check) we were not there long but had no issues. Stayed on 2nd floor. No elevators. Would stay again

the parking is extra $20 and there are only like 5 spots. street parking is only allowed during certain times due to rush hour. the front desk lady wasn’t able to answer a lot of my questions, she seemed busy doing something else and didn’t care that I needed help. check out is at 11 but the cleaning lady just walked into our room at around 10:15, no knocking or anything. we were told to leave the keys in the room so i’m not sure how they know exactly what time we “check out” especially if she didn’t knock and just walked in (would’ve been awkwardddddd if i was naked or smth). but otherwise the rooms were good.

We were lucky that they had a parking spot for us. Check in was good. The place was what I expected. A bit strange, but the room was good. Location was good. Easy for transportion get to the Queen Elizabeth theatre.
