Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Open concept floor plan and large living room and kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms with tubs. Each room can sleep up to 2 adult. Total 6 people can sleep. Lovely and cozy Home In Prestigious South Richvale with fully fenced backyard.
Beautiful front porch has 2 car garage and long driveway can park up to 6 cars on driveway. Please note: You must read, accept, and acknowledge the house rules. If you do not confirm your acceptance and message your host within 24 hours of your initial inquiry or booking confirmation, your reservation will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

The property can also be rented as 4 bedrooms sleep 9 (there is a lower level 1 bedroom unit w/separate entrance, 3 pc bathroom, kitchenette & separate living with TV - 1 queen bed & 1 sofa-bed) ask the host for more information.
The lower level unit may be rented separately to other guests. Or the owner may be staying (completely separate door and entrance from back of building to lower level)

Toronto stay

Really nice neighborhood, he didn’t reveal until we got there that someone was staying in the apartment downstairs which would have been nice to know. He was very responsive and friendly when we had an issue with smoke alarm beeping. Overall nice stay easy to get to and beds were comfy!

Nice place to stay

Very nice house not too far from the city in a safe neighborhood. Maddie was a lot of help with our trip, providing information about the surrounding area. Will definitely rent this house again.

Nice stay in a cute neighborhood

The neighborhood was beautiful and had some really nice houses. Many people would go on walks in the evenings. Great central location to drive to Vaughn or Toronto or many other areas quickly and easily.

We really enjoyed the time we spent in the house. The house had everything we need, very clean, enough space to rest and a big yard so the kids can play. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We loved stay here.

Absolute gem

Fantastic place to stay! Conveniently located near retail, dining, groceries and Canada's Wonderland. Loved the spacious backyard setting nestled in a beautiful neighborhood! Host was pleasant accommodating and accessible. We would absolutley book this rental for a future visit to the area.

In the shadow of giants

This is a very cute bungalow in a very nice neighborhood. The neighborhood is definitely in prestigious status. Maddie is a wonderful host with excellent communication. The house is as described, clean and comfortable. The fenced yard is a huge bonus for my dogs.

Good location, nice place!

We enjoyed our stay and Maddie was great communicating with me. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is in a nice location and easy to get to Toronto. The only negative was that it was a little awkward when whoever lives downstairs comes and gos and they have to walk right outside of the back windows. But overall a good rental!

Excellent and safe location!

We were four colleagues attending a conference at York University and found this location offered a room for everyone at a more advantageous price than staying at a hotel. The house was as described; in a friendly and safe location. There was nothing extra that we needed to provide for; the host was an excellent communicator and made themselves available for us. I would absolutely rent with this host again at this location and any other location they have.

The one of the reasons for a 3 and 4 star review, my friends had a 4 night stay and were not aware that there was a basement appt. with someone going in and out. Family vacation to Toronto

This home is beautiful and spacious! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near playgrounds, restaurants, and shopping areas. With no traffic, we were able to drive to Toronto within 30 minutes. However, during peak hours, traffic can cause your commute to Toronto to be closer to an hour. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property and exploring Toronto!

Very comfortable home, excellent host

As with others reviewers of this rental, I have to agree that this house is very nice and comfortable for our family of 6 ppl. The host was very responsive to our needs and stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in. This house is located in A very safe and quiet neighborhood With huge mansions all around. But this house was just the right size for our family to visit all around Toronto. We didn’t encountered any issues so we don’t have any complaints or conerns that needed mentioning.we will definitely rent here again next time we visit Toronto. Thanks Maddie!

Great experience

I highly recommend this VRBO renter. He was always available to answer questions and to provide any thing that we required. The house was perfect for our vacation and in a beautiful neighborhood. There was significant construction going on in the neighbourhood, but that is because it’s a very nice neighbourhood with lots of development. I would highly recommend.

We needed a property in/around Toronto to house my family of 5 (3 kids aged 7-16) for a long weekend. Maddie was a wonderful host. At the last minute, I was unable to find care for our two small dogs and Maddie allowed us to bring them with us. The fenced-in backyard worked great for them. The house was orderly, safe, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood with many amenities nearby. Maddie was readily available and quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Thanks again!

Relaxing stay in Excellent surroundings

We had 5 nights at this excellent location in Richmond Hills north of Toronto. The house is in excellent condition with lots of space and a very well working-low-noise air condition system. The house is equipped with all your needs and the garden serves for privacy. Accessing the house is easy, and communication with the host was very easy. There's a big TV with Apple TV to allow easy access for entertainment. The location is in a very rich neighbourhood with sidewalks and plenty to see for short walks. You feel very secure here. The description of the house and the additional tennant below should not be seen as a downside. You will barely notice his presence, and there's no noise. Driving around in Richmond Hill you find easy access to restaurants and malls all with a very high quality. I can give my honest recommendations to anyone that considers this house as a base to explore the surroundings of Toronto (45min drive even in heavy traffic).

Comfy Rancher in Richmond Hill

We were very comfortable during our stay at the VRBO. The house is roomy, it was clean and well set up with kitchen items and it worked as a place to stay over our family wedding. There are a few missing features to be aware of however. There is a huge lack of plugs in the house. Literally one plug in the kitchen, which meant all kitchen appliances had to be operated by constantly switching in one outset. There aren't very many plugs in the bedrooms either, so no nightables or lamps with a place to plug in a cell phone, which isn't critical, but would be nice.

Family visit for graduation

The purpose of our stay was to attend a graduation at York University. This house was reasonably close to the university and much more comfortable than nearby hotels would have been. We did not cook dinners but did enjoy breakfasts and snacks together.
