The hotel is small but clean and comfortable. It is a little dated, the sheets were clean and comfortable but obviously property of the hotel for more than a few years. The bathroom had a nice deep bathtub and was clean, but no toilet paper holder. The rolls sat on the back of the toilet. We stayed two nights. We were mostly out and about so our stay was worth the price.

What a great surprise & solution to a last-minute stay in Toronto. We won tickets to a concert at RBC Amphitheatre, but accommodation options in that area were a crazy price so we sought something with good transit connections & parking. Nu Hotel fit the bill perfectly! It doesn't look awesome from outside, but our room was clean & comfortable with everything we needed. All the staff we met were friendly & helpful. The 24 hr front desk is perfect for travellers, as is the shawarma place downstairs (open to 02:30, at least on weekends; there is a Subway as well). Unless you have a lot of luggage or little energy, this is walkable from Terminal 3. We found it very easy to connect to & from our destination using public transit. The runways are nearby but with window closed & fan on low, we were not bothered by outside noise.

Good for an overnight stay near the airport. Lowest price of the airport hotels. They have an airport shuttle which was very handy, just called the hotel when I landed and they sent it. There’s a restaurant next door and Subway and a shawarma shop in the same building. They could work a bit on cleaning. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower in my room.

A hidden gem so close to the airport, and at an affordable price unlike the big chains down the street. Definitely not a 5 Star Ritz Carlton, and my first impression when I pulled into the parking lot lot was “OMG what have I gotten myself into”. But my room was bright, and exceptionally well maintained. Beautiful view of airport runway (if your into watching planes take off and land). Funny thing was, even though I was in the top floor of the building, I couldn’t hear the jets flying right over top of me. Excellent job with soundproofing! I’m also paranoid about bugs. As soon as I got in my room I checked for roaches and bed bugs and other critters. Nothing found. Not even a fly …Within walking distance of a Tim’s and a strip mall full of restaurants including my favorite Firehouse Subs. Restaurants also located in the same building as the motel. I highly recommend this motel, and will be booking a room every time I’m in the area.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous, airport shuttle was great and timely. When I arrived at the airport, I called and they came to pick me up within minutes, same after I checked out. They allowed me a late check out and I was able to keep my luggage in a room for the few hours I was on the premises doing some work. Good restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Pretty great experience. Definitely recommend.
