The view from the balcony was AMAZING ( 25th floor). Right across the street from CN Tower ( which is a great place for dinner!). Close to bike share rental. Close to market. Washer / dryer in unit were a bonus! We enjoyed our stay!

Great central location. Great communication with host. Well stocked condo. Went to St. Lawrence Market to get provisions for home preparation. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was accurate with the ad. Great location, apartment was clean and great communication/service from the renter. The only issue was the elevators were not working and extremely slow when they did make to you. This is out of the control of the renter, therefore the 5 star review. Being on the 25th floor the stairs aren't the best option although we did go down the stairs a couple of times to avoid the elevator wait which was 15 minutes at times.

The condo was clean and everything was in good order. The location of the building was excellent for being downtown. The communication with the manager/host was excellent. The building had an issue with the elevators. Aside from that, everything was great.

Great property with all the facilities that we wanted. Wonderful views of the city and the lake. Very modern apartment, host was very communicative and helpful and the place was very clean and well maintained. This is no reflection on the host or property at all, but seemingly long standing issues with the lifts were the only problem we experienced (e.g. 45 minutes wait to get a lift when we left was frustrating)

Fantastic condo, would definitely stay again. Appreciate the coffee pods!The elevators in the building were unfortunately an issue for our 2 night stay. Only 1 worked, alternative options weren’t clear. 25 floors of stairs was an issue until we figured out others options.

Review Title: Cozy Condo, Great Host — But Be Ready for Big-City QuirksWe had a mixed experience during our stay in Toronto. The condo itself was just as described — compact, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. The real highlight was our host, who was fantastic: responsive, thoughtful, and checked in to make sure we were taken care of after a rocky arrival. She deserves five stars on her own.That said, guests should be prepared for some of the realities of staying in the heart of a major metropolitan area. Check-in was bumpy (our key was misplaced, which meant a long wait to get settled), and the surrounding property had some challenges that come with dense city living, including pests in the parking area. The building staff also weren’t much help in resolving things, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be.Once inside the condo and settled, though, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I’d recommend the property for those who value a wonderful host and a central location, while keeping expectations realistic about the neighborhood and check-in logistics.

The location is everything for this building. Nice city views and balcony. The place had basics like cups/paper towels/toiletries which were nice. We had a bad experience with the building itself water main burst and had flooding which caused issues with the water and no elevator (this is on the 25th floor).

Can’t beat the location. Steps away from the Rogers Center if you are catching a baseball game. Quick walk to Scotia Arena. Safe location. Quiet building. Host was very responsible. As advertised. Will stay again!

We stayed at this spot in downtown TO during a heatwave. It was great to be steps away from lots of activities for the family, and especially sweet to have air conditioning and a rooftop pool to come back to at the end of busy days!

Just like home.

Beyond expectationsFrom before I arrived Host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out stress free.Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated and exactly as pictures displayed. The space had all the little touches that made it feel like home.Location was perfect - quiet and safe. I highly recommend, whether its for a weekend getaway, or longer stay. I will absolutely be coming back.

Place is great, especially for the price. Bigger than it looks in the photos. Balcony is large and has a pleasant view. Nothing fancy but very functional, clean, and easy.

Go Blue Jays Go

Condo was excellent. Across the street from Rogers Center - great Jays game. It was also just down the street from the Royal Alex and the Come From Away Show (a must see for all Canadian). We will be staying at it again next uear.

Outstanding Toronto Stay

Terrific location; involved, communicative manager. Very large clean suite for price. I would stay here again in an heartbeat. Only problem was that building elevators were slow at peak times.
