Eventide is in a great location. Shame about inside!!! mega deep clean is required….Very fusty /damp smelling.. uncontrollable settee’s in the lounge- again needs a good steam clean. Laundry appliances needed a clean before use… washing machines rubber seal -black gunge & stained (very unpleasant) Kitchen functional to a point. Dining table and chairs is a definite squeeze!! Crockery/ pans etc need proper cleaning - disappointing .

Wonderful location!
Location was absolutely fantastic, our stay was fabulous the beds were fresh and clean and very comfortable. Sitting room area very comfortable to sit on and relax, bathroom amenities good and shower was very good. The kitchen was fine although there was far too much crockery in the cupboards and not enough of one style of glassware. We did feel it could do with a little bit of TLC through out! We also thought it could do with a bit of a deep clean!

Kingsand stay
Fantastic. Clean and very comfortable. We wanted for nothing everything we need was there. Best stay yet with this being our 5th different holiday home in Kingsand. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
