Upstairs boasts a covered west-facing balcony, leading from the open plan kitchen and dining area. Pour yourself a glass of wine after long days at the beach, and take in the breathtaking ocean and valley views – sunsets are spectacular from this elevated position!
The sense of space is amplified by high ceilings and banks of glazing. The home exudes casual and relaxed seaside atmosphere, with hardwood timber floors, fresh white interiors, a modern kitchen with stone countertops and seating at the breakfast bar.
A beautiful dining table seats 10 people (please wipe any spills immediately, or use the protective tablecloth for family meals – it’s stored in master bedroom cupboard). The central, well-equipped kitchen is complete with quality appliances, crockery, cutlery, cookware, tea, coffee & some pantry essentials plus a coffee pod machine.
Chic and masterfully designed, it delivers an effortless elegance so you can enjoy this house year-round, with cleverly zoned living and sleeping quarters. The living room has comfortable lounges and split system heating/cooling, so curl up with a good book, watch a movie on Netflix (you will sign into your own account), or come and go from the beach and shops nearby (without battling for carparks!)... this is a great base for your time on the Surf Coast. This upper level also has a convenient powder room. Wifi is provided.
All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. All bedrooms are located downstairs. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, built-in robes and split system heating/cooling. A Queen and Double size bedroom complete the floorplan, with a central bathroom. It has a large walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. A washing machine is available for guests’ use.

Our home is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax. All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or if sitting back and relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or bespoke boutiques to spend your time.

- Located approximately 700 metres to the gorgeous Cosy Corner Beach and Surf beaches.
- Less than a 5 minute stroll to the heart of Torquay, where there is an abundance of gorgeous cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique stores.
- A 5 minute stroll to the surf shops and cafes.
- Or take a short 10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.
Getting Around:
Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and shops. On-street parking is available, plus a single lock up garage.
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.
