Resort Apartment 263 is a privately owned one-bedroom apartment located within the Wyndham Resort Torquay, directly opposite Fisherman’s Beach—ideal for an easy swim, snorkel, coastal walk or nearby surf breaks. It’s also an easy 10-minute walk to Torquay’s cafés, restaurants and shops.

The apartment sleeps up to three guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. There’s a full kitchen and open-plan living and dining, with views across Deep Creek Reserve and some ocean glimpses (please note the exact view may differ from the photos).

Guests enjoy access to the resort’s shared facilities, including pools, spa, gym, tennis court, BBQ area, kids play areas and a seasonal café.

Check-in and key collection is organised through Surf Coast Holiday Rentals (not at hotel front desk). Keys are collected from the Surf Coast Holiday Rentals office at 20 Pearl Street, Torquay, with after-hours key collection available by arrangement
