"There was no AC or fan and the room was hot. The restaurants were sorely lacking in variety, the bathroom didnt even have hand soap. No bathroom counter space. I wasnt impressed considering it was recently renovated. They gave a breakfast bag that was a complete embarrassment. It felt like staying in a dorm room."

We were worried if we should look for another hotel as they kept saying they can't check us in and we have to wait as long as needed. We ended up going for dinner and when we got back the system was up and running again. Other than that everything else was nice"

The rooms were of decent size and fine, bathroom was very nice. Location is great and we were able to get around Lisbon easily on foot or by metro/tram."

"When was clean, staff were great, had a double bed and a single bed, which is hard to find in Lisbon. Grocery store directly across from the motel, which was very convenient however no shuttle service to the airport, but you are only minutes away."

"The hotel was in a great location, very central yet the rooms were nicely sound proofed so you wouldn't have guessed it! The staff were very friendly and gave us transport and restaurant reccomendations. Clean room and comfy bed."
