Larger than normal 3 bed, 2 bath ground floor apartment on Mar Menor Golf Resort with views of the golf course and lake.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, 1 fan, TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, Norwegian).

The Resort
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Los Elementos (high quality dining, café for breakfasts and snacks, a bar and even a gift shop!)
- Number 6 - Exquisite cuisine and cocktail lounge
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar

The accommodation is very comfortable
We stayed at the "casa padano" accommodation inside the Mar Menor Golf Resort. The accommodation is very comfortable, very spacious, very well equipped, and has wonderful air conditioning that makes the stay in hot weather spectacular. In conclusion, anyone who chooses it will make a good choice. Murcia Holiday was always on top of everything and made things very easy for us.

Improvements needed
The main bath was dangerously slippery. Had to put/lay a towel down to avoid an accident.
Microwave, Too basic. No timing in seconds available.
Lighting , in the lounge too dim.
TV, not enough channels.
Hob extractor, had sharp-corners. Hit my head on it too many times. Nearly caught my eye once.
Heating vents, needs to be extend through the main bedroom to feed the conservatory area.
External Security blinds, in the bedrooms, needed closing on a daily-basis each night as no internal curtains available.
No first refusal offered to tenants for rebooking the following year. I wanted Jan’ & Feb’ for the following year but, Feb’ was taken. Owner was not informed, therefore, lost the Jan’ being booked.
