The accommodation is equipped with the following: lift access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, padle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, garage and car park the same building, 1 TV/Satelite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.

The Resort

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.

Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):


- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports

Very comfortable apartment, with good air conditioning and a beautiful terrace with views of the pool and golf course (unobstructed view), it is well located for visiting the surroundings ( Cartagena, Murcia ...) as well as the different beaches and coves ( 10 minutes by car minimum). A very good dialogue with our point of contact JOY who responded to our different requests efficiently and quickly.
