Lovely comfortable villa with huge roof terrace

Really charming property- loved the 2 bathrooms, outside terrace and roof terrace. Everything you needed was ther and the host was very responsive

La Torre 2022

The accommodation was perfect and very clean and the pool, although not very large, was more than adequate and was a godsend. The immaculately trimmed gardens and trees that line every street are very picturesque. The property owner provided us with lots of information which made the check-in process and our stay stress-free. During our stay I had a few occasions where I wanted to contact the property owner and, each time, she responded straight away. The location was very good but, in hindsight, I would have hired a car. The local shops were only a 15 minute walk away but carrying heavy shopping home in the heat was not enjoyable. We visited Los Alcazares once (via taxi) and had a lovely meal in El Patio (would definitely recommend this restaurant). The area has many bars and restaurants and, once again, we would have visited there more frequently if we'd had a car. The €80 return taxi journey put us off doing it more than once. The bars and restaurants on the resort were disappointing (mostly closed) but, post-COVID, this is understandable. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed amazing weather. I would definitely recommend La Torre Golf resort for a relaxing holiday. As I mentioned, in future I will hire a car so we can get out and visit some of the local areas such as Murcia city and Cartagena.

Hemos estado 4 días en este alojamiento. Está situado en una urbanización muy grande, tipo resort, aunque no es un hotel, sino un conjunto de viviendas con piscinas comunitarias. En la entrada hay un supermercado muy completo y, más adentro, algunos restaurantes, un hotel y pistas de pádel. Está rodeado de campos de golf. El apartamento es bonito y las fotos reflejan bien cómo es, aunque al llegar se aprecian algunos detalles de desgaste. La limpieza general era buena, pero los ventiladores de techo y los aires acondicionados necesitaban una limpieza más profunda. La manecilla de la puerta de la terraza también debería repararse. La piscina estaba muy limpia y los aires acondicionados funcionan perfectamente. El salón tiene una televisión grande. En la cocina encontramos alguna hormiga, la tostadora no estaba del todo limpia y una balda de la nevera también necesitaba repasarse. Los baños estaban correctos, con toallas limpias y olor agradable. La cafetera es de prensa. Como consejo, el detector de humo está junto a la entrada y es muy sensible; al cocinar se nos activó la primera noche. Lo único que realmente hizo que no disfrutáramos del todo fue el fuerte olor a abono de los campos de golf. Dependiendo del viento, se percibe a cualquier hora del día y resulta bastante molesto. Es una pena, porque por ese motivo no volveríamos.

Sehr schönes Objekt, wundervoller Aufenthalt…

Schönes kleines Häuschen, Alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Küche ist ein gut, aber etwas minimalistisch ausgestattet. Super sauber! Ruhig und schön gelegen! Nahe zum Strand und nahe zu Ausflugszielen wie Cartagena und Murcia….Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette villa, bien équipée, confortable. La gérante est très sympathique, serviable et réactive. Elle a même spécialement acheté un lit bébé pour nous. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa. Le coin est super, tout est calme, la mer est pas loin et il y a toute les commodités autour.

Buen sitio para descansar

Bonita villa con piscina privada en resort. Muy bien cuidada y decorada con mucho gusto. Camas comodas, entorno tranquilo, seguro y bien ubicado, cerca de playas y lugares de interes (Cartagena, cabo de Palos). Maria Jose muy atenta en todo momento solucionando cualquier necesidad que tuvieramos.
