The staff were nice and helpful, very clean room . The hotel offered delightful breakfast, variety of fresh fruits and pastries, and fruit juices. Parking is free . Overall , we enjoyed our 4 night stay and will definitely book in this hotel again next time we visit to Monte San Guisto.

This is the prettiest hotel I have stayed at in Italy. The bed is a normal bed and super comfortable. And an adult size modern shower. Really exceptional hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large and very modern. By far my favorite hotel that I have stayed in - in Italy

Owner was very helpful and friendly. The views were amazing.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay and ate at the restaurant every night. The food is great and the service as well. Would stay here again

This property is truly special. It is in a gorgeous location. The food is excellent. Our room was huge and so charming with a huge tub. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool area is beautiful. L’appartamento era molto carino e pulito Il posto molto calmo e vicino ai punti di interesse della zona Un belíssima sperienza

These is a beautiful vineyard country side setting. No noise, no rushing, and very relaxing.

I left with a heavy heart, and will absolutely come back. The view is fantastic, the hotel has a ""60s flavor", but it is well kept. The staff is extremely professional, experienced and will make you feel welcome. First class restaurant, wine selection is good too.

Very nice modern hotel, nice spacious rooms, very quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Good breakfast buffet. Definitely a place to come back to!

A very nice hotel for tourist and business trips alike. Steps outside the walls of the ancient heart of Fermo, a lovely hill side town. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable except for the shower stall which was very small. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient but with limited options.

Comfortable room and friendly staff

Very good staff willing to help and give you the best recomendations

The hosts were some of the sweetest and most engaging people I've met in my travels through Italy. Very warm and inviting. They were the perfect blend of warm but not intrusive. Knowlegable of area and very accomodating! Would stay again in a heartbeat
