Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach 100 m. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km. Nearby attractions: Cocodrille Park 2 km, Aquapark 2 km, Benalmadena 2 km, Malaga 15 km. Please note: lift to 7th floor. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Including pass to the swimming pool in the Soho Pool Club restaurant, located 100m from the apartment, entrance is allowed from July 1st to August 31st from Monday to Friday, from 12 to 20hrs, except for events and music festivals.
