This 30 m² studio has been recently refurbished to offer a modern, bright and functional space, perfect for couples or small families looking to enjoy Torremolinos from a privileged location.



Being on the top floor of the building, one of its main attractions are its magnificent panoramic views over Torremolinos and the Mediterranean Sea, which provide great luminosity to the accommodation.



The space has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, allowing you to comfortably accommodate several guests. The living area also features a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi so you can enjoy your favourite platforms and content during your stay.



The accommodation has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable and independent stay in the heart of Torremolinos.



The location is, without doubt, one of its greatest attractions. The Las Dalias building is located in the heart of Torremolinos, surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and all kinds of services. The train station is just a 3-minute walk away and offers direct connection to Málaga airport, Málaga city centre and other points on the Costa del Sol.



The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The quickest access is via some stairs that connect Torremolinos town centre with the seafront promenade. Alternatively, you can also use the public lift that connects to the beach area, located approximately 8 minutes on foot and costing around 0.50 € per journey.



Thanks to its central location, there is no need to have a vehicle during your stay, as you can move around comfortably on foot or use the commuter train.



If you travel with children, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair upon request and subject to availability.



For stays longer than 7 nights, we provide a complimentary change of sheets and towels.



Once the booking is confirmed and before arrival, all guests must compulsorily complete the online check-in process, in accordance with current regulations from Spanish authorities for tourist accommodation. This procedure is essential in order to access the apartment.
