Grocery 100 m, restaurant, bar, café, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 300 m. Sports harbour 700 m, marina. Nearby attractions: Benalmadena 500 m, Puerto Marina 500 m, Malaga 15 km, Sea Life 1 km, Tivoly 5 km, Aqualand Torremolinos 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.

Klimaanlage

Die Klimaanlage war nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnzimmer und verursacht bei Benutzung sehr laute Geräusche. Das Hauptproblem ist jedoch, dass über das Außenteil der Anlage, welches neben den Schlafzimmerfenstern angebracht ist, Heißluft in die Schlafzimmer geblasen wird. Außerdem machte der Kühlschrank unerklärliche laute Geräusche. Die ganze Wohnung ist in einem renovierbedürftigen Zustand. An fast allen Wänden sind Schäden. Kaffeeautomat fehlte.

EL ROCIO befindet sich in einer ruhigen zone....nah am Strand. Alles hatt geklappt.. Die Wohnung ist in Top zustand sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Apartment was in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Transfer service was spot on. Only disappointments were that there was no WiFi at the apartment or British channels on the tv. I believe WiFi in this day and age should be a must.
