Fantastic location

Clean, tidy, well equipped apartment right on the beach. We had a wonderful 2 week stay here as a family of 4, 2 adults, one toddler and a teenager. There was plenty of space for us. A lovely pool which was mostly quiet although it’s part of a large apartment complex. Large area out the front of the apartment to sit outdoors where we spent many evenings during our holiday. Great restaurants and bars just a few steps away from the apartment. Would highly recommend for anyone!

Fantastisk beliggenhet med utsikt til park, strandpromenade og strand.

Pros: Leiligheten var plassert rett ved en park, strandpromenade, nydelige restauranter og strand. Hyggelig å se på soloppgangen hver morgen og se stedet våkne til liv. Flott strandpromenade, der man kunne gå lange turer hver dag. Mye fint å se på og vennlige og imøtekommende spanjoler i alle butikker og restauranter. Svært hjelpsom og imøtekommende stedlig representant for leiligheten. Cons: Et av de store vinduene i stuen hadde et problem med lukkemekanismen. Mandag 02. Februar var det et kraftig uvær i Benalmédena, og da blåste vinduet opp flere ganger. Været var ekstremt med regn og kraftig vind, noe som førte til store ødeleggelser flere steder i nærheten. Det var både litt skremmende og ubehagelig, da vi var redd vinduet skulle ødelegges. Vi måtte til slutt bruke gaffatape for å klare å holde det lukket. Under normale forhold holdt vinduet seg lukket, men dette var ekstremt. Vi oppdaget også at vinduet lett kunne dyttes opp fra utsiden, når vi sjekket det etter hendelsen. Anbefaler at man reparerer låsemekanismen på vinduet.

Pros: “In augustus verbleven wij 9 dagen in Toby’s appartement. Twee woorden: gewoonweg heerlijk. Uit het verleden is gebleken dat het niet gemakkelijk is om een reisbestemming te vinden die voor drie generaties (grootmoeder, dochter en twee kleinzonen) voldoet, maar nu hebben we ze eindelijk gevonden! Om te beginnen is de ligging ideaal. Alles is op wandelafstand. We gingen bijna dagelijks naar de supermarkt (Lidl of Mercadona) en ’s avonds wandelden we richting Benalmadena of La Carihuela om nog een ijsje te eten of iets te drinken. Om nog maar te zwijgen over de ligging aan de strandboulevard. Onze jongens van 6 en 9 liepen tussen het strand en het appartement heen en weer en er was altijd een gezellige drukte voor de deur: fijn! Ook het centrum van Torremolinos en zelfs Malaga zijn goed te bereiken met de bus, wat we allebei gedaan hebben. Een auto huren is dus niet nodig als je dat niet wilt. Verder is het appartement tiptop in orde, want werkelijk àlles is aanwezig. Je eigen potje koken kan zonder problemen en met de afwas hoef je niet in te zitten, want daar zorgt de vaatwasmachine wel voor. Met twee kinderen is het bovendien handig (en nodig) om eens een wasje te draaien en ook dat kan. Er liggen voldoende handdoeken en strandlakens in de kast, wat toch een pak scheelt in je bagage. Stukjes fruit mee naar het strand? In de plastic opbergdozen natuurlijk. Zelfs je favoriete soap hoef je niet te missen met die honderden Europese zenders op de televisie. Ook tal van Netflixseries en HBO-producties kan je bekijken; er komt gewoon geen einde aan. Toby’s appartement is kraaknet, modern, licht, maar gezellig en zelfs beter in het echt dan op de foto’s. O en dan vergeet ik nog te zeggen hoe leuk het grote zwembad in het complex wel is. Een welgekomen afwisseling als je eventjes genoeg hebt van het drukke strand. Als laatste wil ik nog vermelden hoe enorm vlot het contact vooral verliep. De reacties kwamen uiterst snel en Toby gaf heel veel nuttige informatie. Alles wat je van een goede gastheer kan verwachten. We konden ons geen betere host wensen. Kortom: wij hadden een reuzeplezierig verblijf in Spanje en gaan zeker terug. Hasta la próxima vez! PS Nog een dikke ‘dankjewel’ aan Trinidad van het makelaarskantoor, omdat zij er alles heeft aan gedaan om het ons ter plaatse naar onze zin te maken. Ze is echt heel erg lief!”

Pros: Fijn appartement op een prachtige locatie. Het appartement is net onttrokken aan de drukte van de boulevard waardoor je heerlijk relaxt buiten kunt zitten met uitzicht op de boulevard en zee. Het appartement is nieuw en modern ingericht. Je voelt je direct thuis. Het contact met de eigenaar hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren. Wij vinden deze locatie een echte aanrader!
