But there is a private elevator/lift direct to the beach/promenade and other to the center city. So you are directly on the beach or center without steps.

Apartment decor light and clean. Comfortable beds and soft furnishings. Fabulous view of sunrises from the balcony. Location excellent for beach, town, buses and trains. TV had Spanish only channels. Kitchen sink drain smelly.

The sea is within reach and you have a great base to explore Torremolinos and La Carihuela on foot. The equipment is more than sufficient, as everything was available as advertised and in mint condition. The perfect domicile for a relaxing holiday. The landlord was also very friendly and helpful.

The balcony was bigger than it looks in the picture. The views were beautiful. The listing said we could make the final payment on our credit card but the property manager would only accept payment by bank account transfer ( we do not have a Spanish bank account) or by cash. We were not comfortable carrying this amount of cash (our stay was for 7 days) and had never encountered this before in our travels. The details of the listing should be changed to reflect the method of final payment. The listing said that we would have access to a heated pool (included in the price). When we got there we were told that the pool heater was turned off and the pool was not available. Again, the listing should be updated to reflect this.

Loyer perçu deux fois puis remboursé après l’intervention d’Abritel… avec à chaque fois des sommes différentes. Très peu fiable !

L’appartement est magnifique et la vue époustouflante. Le Castello Santa Clara est merveilleusement bien situé, à deux pas de la gare de train, de l’autobus, de nombreux commerces et restaurants et surtout, de la promenade en bord de mer et de la plage. Tout cela, dans une région où il y a tant à voir. Courez-y!

Super endroit,propre tel que présenté dans l'annonce,vue sur la mer, très bien situé car nous y étions pour visiter plusieurs villes et villages. Autobus à proximité, centro à quelques minutes de marche. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.

Ce condo est parfaitement situé à Torremolinos. La mer est à vos pieds et vous offre une vue spectaculaire. Aussi, vous êtes à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville et du boardwalk offrant une multitude de restaurant. Les lits sont confortables. Pour faire une ou deux critiques, il n’y a pas de store opaque dans la chambre avec fenêtre. Aussi, il y manque quelques petites attentions telles que: serviettes de bain de qualité, serviette de plage, gel douche, shampoing, conditionneur. Ces petites choses offre un petit plus. La cuisine est équipée, mais c’est de base. Ce sont des petits détails qui ne gâchent en rien la qualité de l’endroit.

Qualité de la propriété très bien décrite dans VRBO. Superbe emplacement et facilité d’accès à celle-ci et à l’environnement. La mer omniprésente à la vue et au son ajoute un charme indéniable. Communication compliquée avec le locateur: au delà de 10 courriel échangés. Les paiements les communications ne se font pas à travers VRBO, sans que ce soit mentionné dans le devis de VRBO. J’attend encore après le remboursement du dépôt de garantie depuis 10 jours, malgré l’engagement écrit de 48 heures du locateur...

Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Kindern eine sehr schöne Woche in Torremolinos. Die Lage der Fewo ist top, die Aussicht wunderschön. Daher nutzten wir den Balkon jeden Morgen zum Frühstücken. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen geräumig und modern eingerichtet.

Zuerst das weniger erfreuliche. Die Buchung gestaltete sich sehr aufwändig. Ich musste 20 Mails lesen/beantworten (Informationen liefern, Anzahlungen leisten, Rückfragen beantworten wie Anzahlung wurde nicht geleistet, obwohl Betrag überwiesen usw.; 20 Mails für die Reservation eines Apartments!). Bei der Ankunft mussten wir dann feststellen, dass eines der beiden Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat und die Austattung mit Kleinigkeiten sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt (keine Kaffe-Kapseln, kein Zucker, keine Reserve-Abfallsäcke, lediglich 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier pro WC usw.). Dann das Erfreuliche: Die Lage des Apartments ist erstklassig. Zentral und sehr ruhig gelegen und mit dem Fahrstuhl gelangt man direkt zum Strand. Wirklich super Lage, aber ich weiss noch nicht, ob wir wieder ein Apartment buchen, in welchem ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat.

The Accommodation was excellent and the views from the Balcony were simply brilliant. I use a walking stick and a Mobility Scooter and the whole place was so disable friendly and I could travel miles along the promenade with ease. With loads of Restaurants and Cafes, so close and San Miguel an easy walk/ride away, the whole experience was just great. We only live an hour from Torremolinos and we regularly stay in this area for a change of scenery and this is by far the best, if not the cheapest, place we have stayed. However, on the down side, we have a small Yorkshire Terrier Dog and this is the first, and only, place to ever charge us a €50.00 fee for such a small dog the stay - for a large dog possibly yes but for a 2kg dog not on! Having said that, we would visit again We feel we must comment on the Carlos, the guy that met us and showed us to the Apartment. He was so helpful and explained everything for us and gave us his personal ph0ne number incase of any problems - fortunately we didn't have any but at least he was prepared to help us over the Festive Season is necessary.
