This large villa has spaciousness and comfort so you can enjoy your vacation in a relaxed way. In its 730 m2 plot you will find different environments of swimming pool and solarium, barbecue area, children's area, garden area and parking.
The modern building, 468 m2 useful, houses two large rooms, a noble lounge and another with bar area, play area, TV area and fireplace and relaxation area. It has six double rooms (three of them expandable with a third bed). It has three bathrooms with bath or shower and a toilet. The house completes a kitchen with its pantry, an office-library and a dressing room.

Six friends and I were in Torremolinos for a World Triathlon event. We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect-walking distance to the beach, restaurants and our activities. Antonio was responsive and gracious. Highly recommended.

Meitä oli 12 henkeä huvilalla. Kaikki oli sitä mitä odotemmekin. Hyvä yhteys, Renfe, Lentokentälle ja myöskin tietenkin Malagaan ja Fuengirolaan. Huvila oli tosi siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Puutarha kaunis sitruunapuineen ja lämmitetty uima-allas helmikuussa luksusta. Lämmin suositus. Muchas gracias Antonio
