House in residential area El Pinar with three floors with sea views from each level. Free parking on the street.
Perfect house to spend holidays on the Costa del Sol with family or with other families.
In the summer months the saltwater pool is hot and very pleasant.
From 2:00 p.m., the pool terrace is shaded and is the ideal place for lunch.
WE ACCEPT A MAXIMUM OF 5 ADULTS AND 5 CHILDREN (under 16).

First level: full equipped kitchen with small dining room, living room with fireplace, terrace with views, one bedroom with bathroom.
Second level: 3 bedrooms with sea view terrace and 2 bathrooms.
Third level: large space with TV room, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 beds, 1 toilet, access to the terrace, garden, garden room, pool and BBQ.

The house is our house. We rent it when we are traveling.
They will have access to the whole house but some closets are closed for our private things.
