"We spent an incredible week at this hotel in September, 2025. The room 2902 on the 9th floor with a balcony was spacious and clean , the seaside/city view was lovely. There were some nice benefits of being premium guests like a free mini bar, free lounge and private rooftop pool. The hospitality team at the premium lounge Rocio, Agnes and Daniel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Love the funky design of the lobby too. The pool activities were a real fun especially with entertainment team superstars Carlos and Ana. We chose Half board option, €20 pp extra. The food was diverse and delicious, and huge props to the restaurant staff Noelia, Salome and all for their hard work. The Premium stay included free beach access and sun beds. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and fun getaway. Thank you Ocean House, hope to come back soon."
