"Abbiamo passato 3 gg veramente perfetti in questo appartamento davvero molto carino e spazioso in cui non mancava nulla,con una camera decisamente spaziosa e un soggiorno con cucina altrettanto grandi e in perfetto stile rustico rimesso a nuovo. E poi che dire dello spazio esterno e soprattutto della gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario Alessio,che ha fatto di tutto x farci stare al meglio,con un ottimo barbecue compreso!Ci torneremo di sicuro,posto assolutamente consigliato!!! "We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! "

"Bathroom could really be a lot cleaner. It’s a walk-up to the room on 2nd floor, but not bad unless you have a lot of luggage. The room itself is comfortable and the kitchen facilities are pretty good. I missed having a window in the room I could look out of, but also appreciated the peace and quiet. Can’t complain much about the kitchen, it has most of what you need, but there should really be a wine bottle opener. This is Italy after all. :)"

"We would totally stay here again! The town is very secluded and transportation around the area is a bit confusing, so I think in the future we’d rent a car to get there. However, once you are there, there are plenty of good restaurants/small bars to walk to for dinner. One of the most beautiful places we stopped at on our trip. The host was amazing! "

Anche a Novembre, la vista della campagna della Val d'Orcia che si aveva dalla camera è indimenticabile. Abbiamo fatto bene a fidarci delle foto e delle descrizioni della struttura. "This property had 2 reviews so I was worried. But I was so surprised to find the best value for money option. It is all pretty new. New air conditioning, locks bathrooms. Breakfast was great. Honestly blown away by the gem we found we had a car and were off every day. So if that is your agenda I cannot recommend this place more. . "
