Amazing apartment in Torrevieja

This cosy holiday apartment with communal pool is located in the centre of Torrevieja, just 600 metres from the beautiful beach.



The compact apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The building has a wheelchair-accessible lift. The water in the kitchen is purified into drinking water by a water filter. Internet and smart TV complete your stay.



There is also a parking space in the underground car park (not suitable for large cars and vans).



The bus station is just a 10-minute walk away and offers excellent connections to the surrounding areas.



Due to its fantastic location, the apartment is ideal for couples who want to enjoy the city and the beach.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2026; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 24.00 per stay. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open May - end September.
