"The air conditioning in my room wasn't working, and there was no way to turn it on or adjust the temperature myself—they control it via computer. I asked them to turn it on, but they didn't; I went to the front desk at 10:00 PM, 11:30 PM, and 1:00 AM. They only turned it on at that last visit, by which point I had already lost my sleep because the room was like an oven. This was my first and last time at this hotel."
