"Amazing family suite with beautiful exposed beams and custom windows. There was a fresh water dispenser in the hallway to avoid the use of disposable plastic bottles (bubbly or flat!). Great restaurants near by , huge variety and reasonable on prices ( even it was start of peak season ) and close to main river Wisla with its own attractions . Felt very safe and comfortable , clean , functional , spacey room . "Good hotel in a historic building. Steep stairs and no lift. Not ideal for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The ongoing electrical works were somewhat noisy, with a few trip hazards. Overall, a good choice in a handy location for the Old Town and riverside walks. "

"This is one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The only issue is no lift to that floor but the desk clerk was very willing to help with our bags. The room was very comfortable, cool to my standards(being an American) and the village of Torun is absolutely charming. "I cannot over-emphasize how unique the top level apartment is. You won't find anything like this in a typical hotel in Poland. You get an amazing view of the square, plus a large sitting area, and a well equipped kitchen. The furniture in the apartment is exquisite, and are of a quality you would put in your own home. All of the beds are in a single bed-room, which might work well for a family. Of course, for something this unique, you have to pay the cost: Access is only by climbing...

"Clean room however no A/C and was very hot in July. Also extremely loud at night as it seemed as though this hotel is situated right next to the only patio that is open late in Torun so we heard the noise most of the night. Bed was also not very comfortable. Breakfast looked a little sad for 49pln so opted for something else. Would look elsewhere next time. Location however was great."
