"Staff made our stay very pleasant. The pool was nice although the sauna was out of service. Our room was clean and spacious. We especially liked the high ceilings! The terrace was lovely. Breakfast was fine. "

"No heater in the room. Spoke with the manager Jeanie in the morning about it and when I returned in the evening it was not working still. I called her about 19:30 and she said to call back in one your if it was still not working. To my surprise when I called back she never answer the Calls or SMS. I had to sleep wearing my clothes and 2 blanket just to get thru the nite. Worst experience I have had in a Hotel in my Travels thru the nórdics. "
