An exclusive lakefront dinner, immersed in the centuries-old park of a historic villa, in total privacy with your own chef at home: at Villa Magnolia everything is possible!

A unique property for 15 people with private jetty on Maderno's lakefront.

The luxury of simplicity in an exclusive location where the bright colors of the flowers and plants during the day blend perfectly with the magical atmosphere overlooking the lake in the evening.

Park of over 3000 square meters with bbq area, wood-lined swimming pool (dim. 6,4 m x 4 m h 1,22 m), outdoor whirlpool for 4 people (mainly used in the mid-low season).
Garden equipped with games for children and a large BBQ area surrounded by greenery.

The large house divided over two floors connected by an internal staircase.

The ground floor offers a large living area of about 70/80 square meters with a super-equipped kitchen and opening onto a covered balcony overlooking the lake/garden/swimming pool. The sleeping area on this floor includes 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one bedroom with a 2 single beds). Bathroom with shower.

The first floor, on the other hand, is made up as follows: kitchen and living area with TV, 5 bedrooms 4 double bedrooms and one with French bed) and 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath tube)

Please note that the price refers to the entire villa considering the number of guests of the booking. If the number of guests increases, it is necessary to change the reservation because the price changes.

The period of time for the check in is between 4pm and 7pm: if you manage to arrive later than this time you must aware our check in assistant and pay an extra cost of €35 for the service.

From April 2024 the pool will be in-ground and will measure 8m x 4m x 1.35m.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning villa nestled in the enchanting surroundings of Lake Garda. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this was going to be a truly remarkable experience. The villa exceeded all our expectations, offering a perfect blend of elegance, spaciousness, and natural beauty. The villa's size was impressive, providing ample space for our entire family to relax and unwind comfortably. The bedrooms were generously sized, offering a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. The living areas were both stylish and cosy, providing the perfect setting for quality family time. Additionally, the villa boasted a well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. However, what truly set this villa apart was its breathtaking garden. The expansive outdoor space was meticulously maintained, bursting with vibrant flowers and lush greenery. It was a true delight to explore the garden, whether lounging by the pool, enjoying al fresco dining, or simply taking a leisurely stroll amidst the fragrant blooms. The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings made it difficult to leave this idyllic oasis. Above all, the happiness and contentment of my family during our stay was the ultimate testament to the villa's excellence. Wonderful home in fantastic location
We had a wonderful weeks stay in this beautiful property, it couldn’t have been a more perfect house for us to base ourselves at. We were staying with 3 other family’s with children ranging from 4-12 years and everyone throughly enjoyed themselves. The grounds are also very beautiful and huge! Giving the children lots of space to run around in a secure environment because they cannot get out of the gates. The house is really well equipped over two floors with kitchens and living areas in both. It even has a laundry room which was amazing for families! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and beach and lake and private jetty which is wonderful for swimming in the lake. The owners very really helpful, communication was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this fantastic home for your next holiday! 😍
