"Çalışanlar çok ilgili idi. Orman kenarında güzel bir yer idi. Ancak dışarısı soğuk. Otelde bizimle kalacak olan Arkadaşlara diyorum şimdi otele gireriz, sıcacıktır. Ancak radyatörler yanmıyor, klima da çalışmıyormuş. Odanın ısınmasını 2 saat sırtımızda palto- manto ile bekledik. Meğerse bazı müşteriler önceden arayıp benim oda ısıtılsın diye bilgi veriyorlarmış. "Staff are very helpful and professional It’s a good spot for a day rest. We were driving from Trabzon to Istanbul. The whole place was clean, but our room was not. The carpet has spots all over and coffee area was sticky. Also the air conditioner was working but the heat system which was a different unit was working too and we couldn’t turn the heat off. "

"Great stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the castle. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, using the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Also a good selection of cereals, breads and pastries. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel restaurant which we regret, as we seen the menu when leaving breakfast. Menu was varied and looked reasonably priced. When driving into town the hotel was very easy to find. It has a small car park out front, plus an underground car park."
