"Outside the hotel may make you feel like you’re going to have a bad experience but when you enter it’s just like the pictures if not better! Staff was very helpful and friendly, and housekeeping was great as well. My room was very clean on arrival, only thing I would update is towels and rags, also the shower head but other than that it was worth the stay"

"Room carpet and couch stained. Missing trash bags, was told they do not use them anymore. Breakfast good, standard hotel breakfast with choices. Pool freezing cold, told it was heated and hot tub broke. Staff professional and helpful. Location great, close to museum. Mattresses do not have waterproof mattress covers, mattress had large stains . "

"Booked a room online through expedia a month in advance but once I got there to check in found that they had canceled my reservation in their system due to them overbooking. There was no management onsite to help and the guy at the front desk tried to help but efforts fell short. I cannot review anything past the lobby due to not making it past the front desk. I was a couple states from home with myself and 2 young doughters."
