"Friendly welcome and very quick and easy check in. The hotel itself is very basic with the rooms laid out around a nice courtyard/garden. The included breakfast is some fruit OR juice and coffee, anything else is an additional purchase cooked to order (we didn’t try this as we decided to try elsewhere). The room we were in had a bathroom on the ground floor and then the sleeping area was up some very steep and narrow stairs with no railing/bannister… not for the faint hearted or infirm that’s...

"El personal muy amable. La habitación terrible porque en la página indican “aire acondicionado “, sin embargo no tenía aire acondicionado, ni ventilador ni mosquiteros. Habían cucarachas atrás de la cama y en el techo.
No es hotel. Son cabañas en medio del bosque.
Es complicado llegar porque no hay buena señal en la carretera."

"El hotel es cómodo, limpio y su personal muy amable.
La comida es deliciosa.
Lo malo es el Internet, es malísimo, se desconecta, no hay señal casi nunca. Deberían invertir un poco en otro tipo de módems o no sé qué, pero deben mejorarlo.
Salía muy poca agua de la regadera y no ponen suficientes pañuelos desechables ni toallas para el cabello.
Pero en general es muy buen hotel y volvería a hospedarme. Pero sí deben mejorar su internet."
