"Nice and cheap place to stay in a good location"

"We had a lovely stay at Beachcomber Toukley. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and the lake, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the small sofa in the room had quite a few stains on it, which made it look worn and could do with a thorough clean or replacement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for a great experience!"

"Complaint – Room 7Hi,We are staying in Room 7 and would like to report several issues.We raised these concerns with the cleaner at around 3:00 PM today. She informed us that someone would come to fix them; however, no one has attended yet.The issues are:None of the air conditioners are working, and the room is very cold.The sink tap is broken.The toilet door lock is not working.The floor is very dirty and needs cleaning"

"The staff were exceptional! They had booked us an upstairs room, but due to my husbands health, that was not even an option, so the staff changed us to a downstairs room with no issues. It was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for the two of us."

"On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

"We had a pleasant stay and found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The property is a little older and could benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance, particularly the fly screens, which need some attention.
